Meet Gloria, our administrator
Gloria Peña Reyes is responsible for all customer services, including check-ins and check-out processes. Gloria attended Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur at La Paz, studying modern languages. She speaks fluent English as well as some French and Japanese. Gloria also has experience working in the hospitality industry.

Owner away service
$10,000 pesos / month
Includes twice weekly site visits for security checks. Any concerns or issues are always reported promptly along with available solutions. $600 pesos for additional security checks.
Includes supervision of housekeeping services which are billed separately based on service requirements.
We can also arrange for someone to spend nights at the property or take care of pets for additional fees.
Additional Services
Todos Santos Property Management staff will directly supervise any of these services that are not performed by us. Additional services are billed on an hourly basis and in some instances at a flat rate. Please contact us for details.

Weekly site visits to inspect utilities, appliances and overall appearance of property. Any issues will be reported and solutions offered.
Supervising housekeeping services:
Includes house cleaners, gardeners, pool and other maintenance staff.These services are billed separately based on service requirements
Meet Antonio
Antonio Peña Valdéz is responsible for all physical property maintenance. He will either perform or supervise all repairs and gardening services. He has a wide range of experience working with some of the larger hospitality establishments in the greater Todos Santos area.
Meet Walquiria
Walquiria Reyes Bastidas is responsible for managing all housekeeping services. She also has a wide range of experience working with some of the larger hospitality establishments in the greater Todos Santos area.
